Brick Lane derives a competitive edge from its combination of unique skill sets and experience among the team. This includes local market knowledge, zoning expertise, construction management, institutional-quality financial modeling and reporting capabilities and national access to debt and equity capital markets. Furthermore, Nathan Gross currently offers in-house consultancy on the intricacies of the DC zoning statute and process after retiring from a 40-year career as a DC City planner and later real estate zoning and land use consultant with Arnold & Porter LLP.
