Dina Bell has over 20+ years of experience in commercial real estate, specifically in asset management roles, responsible for the formulation of effective business strategies to maximize asset performance across portfolios of office, industrial, flex, retail and multi-family property types. Dina currently serves as the Senior Vice President – Asset Management with lead asset management responsibility for Brick Lane’s fast growing cash flow portfolio of value-add multi-family assets located in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Prior to joining Brick Lane, Dina worked for CWCapital Asset Management for nearly 10 years, most recently as Vice President – Senior Asset Manager. At CWCapital, Dina had portfolio responsibility for all commercial property types consisting of commercial Loan and REO assets in Special Servicing that were non- and sub- performing within a CMBS bond portfolio. Property locations were in major and secondary markets in the U.S. with a fluctuating portfolio loan balance up to $500 million.

Prior to CWCapital, Dina worked for Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel for 7 years, working up to Asset Manager with portfolio responsibility for office, flex and industrial assets totaling up to 1.6 million sf with a market value of $284 million. Responsibilities included monitoring the financial and operational performance of the portfolio to identify opportunities for operating expense reduction, lease/contract negotiation, budget/business plan preparation, portfolio valuation and implementation of portfolio-wide energy management efforts.  

Dina graduated with distinction from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.B.A. - Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. She grew up in New Jersey and New York City, and has lived in the Washington DC area since 2005.
