Jessica Leonard has worked in the property and construction management fields within the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area over the past twelve years. Jessica currently provides property and asset management support for Brick Lane while also assisting with the construction management for new projects and developments.
Prior to joining Brick Lane, Jessica worked for Stout & Teague Management Corporation as their Assistant Property Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of 9 commercial and residential properties throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area. In this role, she also managed the construction of tenant build-outs and common area upgrades and maintenance. Preceding her three-year tenure at Stout & Teague, Jessica served as Director of Operations at DCRE Residential, a real estate firmed based in Logan Circle, and as the General Manager of Madelon Development where she oversaw the development, design, and construction of a $27-million condominium conversion in the heart of Georgetown.
Jessica graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in history. She was born and raised in Tallahassee, FL before relocating to Washington, DC in 2006.
