Patrick Fendrick

Patrick Fendrick currently serves as a Senior Associate of Acquisitions at Brick Lane. He assists with the acquisition and underwriting of new assets, the disposition of current assets, and provides support to the asset management team.

Prior to joining Brick Lane, Patrick worked for Freddie Mac as a Senior Multifamily Underwriting Analyst on the Risk Distribution and Credit team. At Freddie Mac, Patrick evaluated $3.9 Billion in loans across 380 multifamily properties by creating asset summary reports detailing property and market level valuation analytics and individual transaction stories. In that role he defended underwriting decisions on loan sizing (LTV/DSCR), borrower, property, valuation, and market through oral and written responses to rating agencies and B-piece bond investors. 

Before Freddie Mac, Patrick interned as an Acquisitions and Asset Management Summer Analyst at Lakeshore Management in Chicago where he focused on underwriting and performing due diligence on potential acquisitions.

Patrick graduated from the University of Michigan’s College of Literature, Science, and the Arts with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Business (2018). Patrick was born in Bethesda, MD and currently lives in the Dupont Circle neighborhood.
