Trisha Cass

Trisha Cass has worked in the property management industry for over twenty years, with a focus on new construction and property repositions. 

Prior to joining Brick Lane, Trisha worked as a General Manager for a national hospitality firm, overseeing the day-to-day operations of an extended stay hotel. While in this role, she was responsible for the financial and operational performance of the property.

Prior to hospitality management, Trisha held the position of Property Manager with Stratford Management, where she managed the rehabilitation of assets in New York and Mississippi. In this role, she was responsible for contracting building work, overseeing renovations, and rebranding the properties.

Since relocating to Virginia, Trisha has worked for property management corporations throughout the region. During this time, she has gained extensive experience in new construction, and has managed both conventional and bond properties. She was responsible for recruiting, training and development, and leading her teams in the successful operation of several multi-million dollar assets. She currently holds the CAM Designation through the National Apartment Association.

Although a native of upstate New York, Trisha currently resides in Chesapeake, Virginia with her husband and three rescue pets.
