Whittney Nicholson

Whittney Nicholson leads operations throughout the Southeast at Brick Lane. She has been recognized as an exemplary performer and has over 16 years of experience in the conventional property management industry. As Regional Manager for Brick Lane, Whittney oversees daily operations, sets performance objectives, and conducts routine appraisals of KPIs. She has been integral implementing various software, developing processes and launching a training platform across the portfolio. She takes an enthusiastic, transformational approach to leadership and has a keen ability to formulate property-specific outlines for effectively repositioning communities and driving NOI. 

Prior to joining Brick Lane, Whittney held a position with American Landmark where she oversaw value-add projects and participated in launching a Social Media campaign that was adapted company wide.  Prior to American Landmark, Whittney oversaw a multifamily portfolio as Senior Area Manager at AdaLease Property Management working hand-in-hand with the CEO, and prior Charleston Apartment Association President, to develop successful business strategies for nine assets across the South Carolina submarket. Whittney has led operations for dispositions, acquisitions, and due diligence for over 3-billion dollars in real estate throughout her career. She currently holds a South Carolina Real Estate Sales License.
